Who runs GridWhy
GridWhy is built and operated by Fuat Sezer, an individual developer based in Türkiye. There is no company behind it and no support team: the person who answers is the person who wrote the code.
Billing questions
Payments and invoices are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Your receipt comes from Paddle and shows the charge as Paddle or PADDLE.NET. For refunds, see the refund policy; for anything on an invoice, email us and we will sort it out with Paddle.

Found a vulnerability? Email support@gridwhy.com with “security” in the subject. We acknowledge within two business days and will credit you if you want us to.
